Remove Barriers to Careers and Education

We work with schools, nonprofits and chamber organizations to implement job training programs in your community, and connect job seekers from all walks of life with career opportunities.

Equip Job Seekers with
the skills employers need

Right now there are 7.6 million unfilled jobs in the United States, despite having 10 million people actively seeking work. Businesses struggle to find skilled workers while many job seekers are unable to start a career due to the cost of education. Remove barriers to education and careers by implementing Job Training programs that equip job seekers with the skills employers need.

We partner with nonprofits with workforce development, job training or education programs to help them expand and strengthen their relationships with area employers through pre-apprenticeship training and access to Apprenticeship opportunities.

Chamber Organizations

We provide Chamber and Economic Development organizations with resources and education to share with their membership to help them understand their workforce options, the process to create an apprenticeship program, and how to access workforce grants.

High Schools

We offer pre-apprenticeship training to High Schools and connect students to area employers that offer apprenticeship opportunities. Through our First Step courses, students can explore careers and discover what interests them.

Connecting education to real world occupations helps students and job seekers discover who they are, what they know, and what interests them.
